Shipping Information
- We do not ship to California, Georgia, or Idaho.
- Orders are shipped discreetly and packaged to ensure privacy.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- All shipments are sent via USPS. Delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or peak shipping periods.
- If an order is returned due to an address error, we will reship for a $7 fee.
- If tracking states the order is delivered but you have not received it, we will reship for 25% of the original order cost plus $7 for shipping.
Returns Policy
- Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the order after verification.
- Unused & Unopened Products: We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Clothing: We do not accept returns on clothing items.
- Non-refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
